Uchenna Amadiume

Uchenna Amadiume opened her career in 1984, in real
estate and environmental management services, as a lecturer in the department of
building technology at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu,
special assignment on environmental issues, attached to the Office of the Military
Governor Anambra State, Enugu; and later as a senior technical officer at Anambra
State Housing Development Corporation Enugu.

By 1991 She forayed into the banking and financial sector, at Equitorial Trust Bank Ltd
and the founding Managing Director of Ama-Zuma Bureau De Change Ltd; where she
had a progressive career track record spanning over 26 years. She is a respected
manager of human and material resources and of leading global business operations to
higher performance by driving continual growth and improvement of people, processes
and programs.

Goal-driven founder, strategic leader and decisive business professional with track
records of success in startup of companies. Outstanding background of managing
multiple ventures from conception to market launch and profitable breakthrough. Strong
entrepreneurial spirit, open minded and always eager to take on new challenge that
requires patience and perseverance. Manager with in-depth understanding of complex
business issues, policy development, procedures and process updates. Demonstrated
success in operations, team and change management, flexible and ready to learn and
contribute to team success. She is Principal Partner and Director in the following
companies: - Nuval Ventures; Usaloni Business Investment Services Ltd; and First
Priceless Integrated Investment Ltd.

Uchenna Amadiume is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic Owerri, holds a PGD from
Enugu State University of Science and Technology; she also holds an MBA from the
prestigious ESUT Business School.
